Customer Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, to ensure fairness and efficiency for both our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be considered a late cancellation.

• Same-day cancellations are not permitted.

Any cancellation made on the day of your appointment will be treated as a no-show.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

This fee is nonrefundable and cannot be applied to future services.

• For clients with prepaid packages:

A missed appointment (late cancellation or no-show) will result in the deduction of one session from your package.

By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of this cancellation policy.
